Nature Play – Chat on the Cloud (Online Learning) Wild Crafting + Enjoying a Cup of Mulberry Honey Cheese

It is not easy for children living during the epidemic to go out and enjoy restaurant food, so they might as well consider cooking at home. On April 9, 2020, Nature Play took children and adults to visit Teacher Dangdang who lives in the mountains and a mulberry tree in her home. The children all attended classes on time, studied and asked questions, wanting to know more about mulberry trees. The instructor personally shared his experience and took the children and adults to visit the mulberry tree from different angles, learn about the characteristics of mulberries, and distinguish the degree of maturity of mulberries. It turns out that every part of the mulberry tree is a treasure! Mulberries are freshly picked from the mulberry tree, and mulberry honey cheese is made on the spot, with a few mint leaves added. It is really delicious. Each child also contributed other mulberry food ideas and said they wanted to share them with everyone!

In addition to mulberry honey cheese, participants of our online class today believe that mulberries can also be used to make mulberry juice, mulberry ice cream cup, mulberry pie, mulberry pancakes, mulberry fruit punch, mulberry popsicles, mulberry jelly, mulberry checkered cake, mulberry cheesecake, mulberry muffins, mulberry apple pie, mulberry wine, mulberry vinegar... Wow! We are about to open a mulberry specialty store! Today, I briefly got to know the mulberry tree through the online class. I hope that soon I will have the opportunity to bring the children to visit the tree in person, pick some mulberries, and make delicious afternoon tea.

Nature Play Tour invites caring and capable expert instructors from the community to have a relaxed online ZOOM CLOUD MEETING with local parents and children aged 6-12 on various interesting topics during the epidemic, promoting social interaction while strengthening children's general knowledge. Children can talk with community expert mentors at home without any pressure about general subjects such as nature, wild life, creative game ideas, art and music. Even if it is inconvenient to go out, the epidemic will not hinder social activities, and children can continue to develop and exercise their thinking, social skills and enthusiasm for learning.
