Terms of service

A. Payment Method:

Please pay the fee within three working days of receiving the payment notice via the following methods:​

1**Pay via HSBC PayMe: Open the PayMe App and click “Scan” to pay / enter your mobile number 9230 4852.​

2**Or pay to FPS account "natureplayhk@gmail.com".​

3** or credited to company name: Nature Play in the City Limited.

After the payment is deposited, please upload the payment proof to the following link https://forms.gle/US3583sapin9h5yQA for verification. ​After payment is confirmed, you will receive "Payment Confirmation" and "Product Shipping Information" via email. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at 9883 9423. The Association reserves the right to make the final decision on the event.​​


B. Activity Terms of Service:

1**When participating in activities, parents must be responsible for the safety of children and adults, accept the risks associated with the activities, and arrange to purchase accident insurance on their own. I agree that the Company is not responsible for any personal injury or property damage caused by the participant's participation in the event. I agree to follow all safety instructions of the instructor during the workshop and declare that any damage caused by failure to follow normal operation will not be the responsibility of the company and the instructor. If an accident or illness occurs during the activity, I agree to receive emergency medical care.​

2**For indoor activities, if the Hong Kong Observatory issues a Typhoon Warning Signal No. 8, Black or above, within 2 hours before the activity / **For outdoor activities, if the Hong Kong Observatory issues a Typhoon Warning Signal No. 3, Red or above, within 2 hours before the activity, Nature Play reserves the right to change the programme content, reschedule or cancel the activity. No refund will be made.​

If an activity is rescheduled due to weather conditions, participants have the right to choose to participate in other activities of the Association once; if a participant changes the activity 14 days before the activity due to personal reasons, the Association will charge an administrative fee of $80 for each activity; if a participant changes the activity 7 days before the activity due to personal reasons, the Association will charge an administrative fee of $150 for each activity; if a participant notifies the Association within 24 hours before the activity that he/she will not participate in the activity due to personal reasons, the relevant activity fees will not be refunded or supplemented.​​​

3**Nature Play reserves the right to use photos taken during the event for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to use the photos, please inform us before the event.​

4** Detailed <<Activity Notes>> will be sent to participants before the event. Please pay attention to it and make better preparations for participating in the event.​

5**Nature recreation cannot guarantee the number of wild animals. The actual process or activities on the day of the activity may be adjusted due to weather conditions, the condition of the participants or other factors without prior notice


C. Product Delivery, Exchange and Return Arrangements

1**We will deliver the products you ordered to the address you choose through a third-party supplier (Hong Kong Post / SF Express). Local delivery costs to the relevant SF Express stations will be borne by Nature Play. If you have special requirements for the delivery address, such as specifying a door-to-door address, remote area, outlying islands and office, you are responsible for the delivery fee.

2**Once the goods you purchased have been delivered to you through a third-party supplier, you will become the owner of the goods and bear the risk of holding the goods. We will not be responsible for their loss or damage.

3**If you find any problem with the product, please email to natureplay@gmail.com within two days. Please attach photos of the defective product and clearly describe the problem in your email. If the parties agree to arrange for the replacement of the goods, the customer must send the goods back to the Nature Recreation Office and pay the shipping fee. Nature Recreation Club will be responsible for the shipping costs of re-shipping the goods. If the two parties agree to return the product, the customer needs to send the goods back to the Nature Play Office and pay the return shipping fee.
