How can nature play help children grow healthily?Nature play activities are dedicated to enabling families to have high-quality parent-child interactions, allowing children to have a healthy and happy childhood, while promoting personal physical and mental health. Children aged 1-12 years old can explore the essence of nature by themselves through free play, actively choosing the content of their play. Individual participating families can register their information through the website or event registration link. After completing the registration process, participants will receive a confirmation email from "Nature Play" ( natureplayhk@gmail.com ). If you have not received it, please check your spam folder.
Participants from groups/centres/self-organised groups can register to participate through the organised group. As the number of participants is limited, please make payment after receiving the registration email to confirm your registration. Registration will be on a first-come, first-served basis while places are full. After successful payment, you will receive a "Registration and Payment Confirmation" email.

Do parents need to accompany their children throughout the entire process?
Please refer to the event details, we have parent-child activities, children's learning courses, and parent workshops. If the activity details indicate that it is a parent-child activity, each child must be accompanied by at least one paying adult or caregiver.
If I am unable to attend the event, can another friend take my place?
Yes, just tell the staff in charge your friend's name and phone number.
What if I am temporarily unable to attend?
If the participant changes the activity 14 days before the event due to personal reasons, the Association will charge an administrative fee of $80 for each activity; if the participant changes the activity 7 days before the event due to personal reasons, the Association will charge an administrative fee of $150 for each activity; if the participant notifies the Association within 24 hours before the event that he/she will not participate in the activity due to personal reasons, the relevant activity fees will not be refunded or supplemented.

In case of bad weather, the nature play staff will notify participants via SMS/email and maintain communication with the participants.
For indoor activities, if the Observatory issues a Typhoon Warning Signal No. 8, Black or above within 2 hours before the activity.
For outdoor activities, if the Hong Kong Observatory issues a Typhoon Warning Signal No. 3, Red Rainstorm Warning Signal or above within 2 hours before the activity, Nature Play reserves the right to change the programme content, reschedule or cancel the activity without refund.
If an event is postponed due to weather conditions, participants have the right to choose to participate in other activities of the association.
What should I bring with me on the day of the event?
Detailed <<Activity Notes>> will be sent to participants before the event. Please pay attention to it and make better preparations for participating in the event. Basically, please prepare your belongings according to the activity needs and weather conditions. Please read the activity precautions carefully. If necessary, please call our staff.
Why were the activities on that day different from what was said online?
The design of nature play activities focuses on teaching focus, and each instructor has the opportunity to make adjustments according to the actual situation of the activity, the venue and the conditions of the participants. Nature-based recreation cannot guarantee the number of wild animals. The actual process or activities on the day of the activity may be adjusted without prior notice due to weather conditions, the condition of the participants or other factors.
