Wild life in Hong Kong
Have you ever played the "no electricity at home" imaginary game as a child? Imagine that there is no electricity at home, turn off the lights at home, find a flashlight and batteries, and then shine them around the house. When the electricity ran out, we found candles to light a fire and looked around with the neighborhood kids to look for ants. . . It was quite exciting and fun (of course you also have to be careful of the fire alarm and your mom asking you what you are doing). 
Return to the starting point. We wanted to take our children to experience the primitive and simple life in the wild in Mui Wo, Hong Kong without taking a plane. Imagine how our ancestors lived? Clothing, food, shelter, transportation, living, drinking and eating. We collected firewood and learned how to make a fire, then we grilled in the wild, enjoying the food we grilled over wood fires and using harvested plant leaves to serve the food. After enjoying the food, you can lie on the grass and listen to the sounds of nature for a while, connect with the earth, and feel the integration with nature. 
We camped out in the wild, got a roof over our heads, told stories, and learned about human evolution. We learned simple weaving and realized that we can weave daily necessities with simple materials and a pair of hands. We play games freely in the wild, explore nature creatively, create art using local materials, and express human civilization and culture. It helps us understand ourselves and reminds us that we are human beings and part of nature.This parent-child activity focuses on getting children to think about the relationship between humans and nature, and also requires curiosity and physical strength to explore primitive life. I believe that children will have more interest in and understanding of the science of nature. We hope that this activity will allow the family to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city and spend a day quietly interacting with nature.
