Family Forest Free Play

Living in an anxious and tense atmosphere, it is easy to feel mentally tense, the body will inevitably feel tired, and the immune system will become weak unconsciously. Nature Play has collaborated with "Hong Kong Forest Bathing" to design the "Parent-Child Forest Free Play" program, which is designed to meet the different needs of children of all ages and leads Hong Kong families into the suburbs full of forest atmosphere, allowing them to slow down their pace, awaken their senses, feel the forest with their five senses, and establish a deep and healing relationship with nature. Parents and children explore the forest on their own, feeling each other's presence and finding out each other's boundaries.

Parents and children will hike together and enjoy parent-child time. The instructors will also play games and tell stories with the children, allowing them to freely explore natural science and connect with nature. Parents will have time to focus on breathing exercises, stretching, and connecting with nature to get their body and mind back on track. Nowadays, more and more people around the world are interested in forest bathing, and there are even registered doctors who prescribe green prescriptions for their patients, because many studies have shown that more contact with nature has great benefits for the body, mind and spirit, and there are simple ways to allow people with high stress to enjoy significant results.
